What a fantastic tour today. We headed East to see J & K Pod swimming down San Juan Island. Race Rocks again full of Sea Lions in and out of the water.
On our way back we came across L-Pod right off of Sooke. Lots of Orcas today!

What a WET DAY on the Juan de Fuca Strait! Everyone had a great time, as we headed East our first stop was Race Rocks to see all the Sea Lions, which the numbers have doubled in the past 4 days. We did Arrive to J-Pod, J-1 “Ruffles”, J-2 “Granny” and more were heading towards San Juan.
Also reported were Transient Orcas off of Race Rocks after we had left.
Tomorrow we have seats available on our 10am tour.
We had a great tour today. Right off of Race Rocks we found 3 large Humpback Whales that were slowly moving North. Also our tour took us to Race Rocks for all the Sea Lions that were active in and out of the water.

today we had a great tour that again took us right off of Sooke. We arrived to see a
Large Humpback Whale off of Secretary Island slowly moving East. Usually we see these
large animals off shore a mile or more. This one could have been touched if you were
standing on the shore.
It was an excellent day on the Juan de Fuca Strait. The tour started with 2 large Humpbacks, Race Rocks with the Sea lions and Seals, ended with our Southern Resident Killer Whales.

What a fantastic day on the water. We had all of L-Pod our Southern Resident Killer Whales right off of Sooke. Also right off was a large humpback Whale. The weather was perfect and should be the same for tomorrow.
Yesterday our tour took us to 2 large Humpback Whales just off of Race Rocks. It was a mom and her calf slowly circling a large area of feed. The calf did play around while mom was feeding. Race Rocks was also awesome with all the Sea Lions and Elephant Seals playing in the water as well.
Today we had Humpbacks and Breaching Orcas. It was a fantastic tour that took us right off of Race Rocks. Race Rocks still has fantastic animals on the Rocks. Even the Elephant Seals are still there. Today we headed east to find J & K Pod heading North from South San Juan Island. The seas were calm and the animals were very active. Race Rocks Eco Reserve still has hundreds of Seal and Sea Lions.
Tomorrow we have seats available in the morning.
This morning our tour took us right off of Sooke for the “Super Pod” of Killer Whales. We travelled through Race Rocks and hundreds of Sea Lions were on the Rocks. We then travelled west with a few other boats when we came across 80+ Orcas. All were playing, feeding and also 4 calves were playing and hanging out together with 1 female nearby
